My journey to becoming a therapist began in a home where emotions were hidden behind smiles and “I’m fine.” I grew up learning to mask sadness, worry, and disappointment until I realized just how powerful it could be to name those feelings instead of burying them. That realization sparked a passion to help others do the same. When I discovered the field of social work, I knew I had found the path that would allow me to empower others to embrace their emotions and feel seen, heard, and understood.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, body image concerns, life transitions, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related conditions.

Together, we’ll work to ease distressing thoughts and develop meaningful, personalized solutions to support your growth and well-being.

I use a collaborative individualized approach and work together as a team with my clients. This enables us to jointly identify techniques that will empower your healing process.
