Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Public Health Degree. I have worked in psychiatry since 2015 as a registered nurse, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and have served individuals ranging from 5 years old to geriatric adults. I am now excited to continue that work as a Nurse Practitioner!

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care across the lifespan and assisting patients with navigating their mental health and trauma-related concerns. I strongly believe in a team-based approach that values collaboration, education, and partnership in treatment. I bring a strong commitment to helping patients better understand their mental health, feel confident in their care, and actively participate in their healing journey.

Mental health has always been an essential part of health care, which is why I am dedicated to helping others optimize their ability to function and enjoy their lives.

My focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic intervention. My background in public health allows me to blend clinical care with community outreach, prevention, and advocacy, aligning my professional work with my personal passions.

What you can expect from me

I am deeply committed to educating, inspiring, and empowering individuals and communities while supporting mental wellness and resilience. My goal is for my patients to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.
