I have been in private practice since 2011 seeing children, preteens, teenagers, some young adults and adults mostly in the parent coaching realm. Prior to private practice, I worked in on a psych unit with adults and in a few agencies with adults and children. I work often with anxiety, behavior concerns, feeling stuck and trauma.

Eclectic, existential, client based, experiential.

Therapy is not easy. I hope the person leaves each session with some growth whether that be big or small. To name a few examples this could be an awareness to a behavior or mind set of themselves, seeing a different perspective to a situation, learning a new tool.
