Great to meet you!

Hello! No matter what you may be going through, I am here to provide support, compassion, and help. My approach drawn from an eclectic style of psychotherapy that draws from CBT, Psychodynamic, and Interpersonal and I will work with you to discover and accept your own strengths and how to effectively use them to live a more meaningful life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

"When we can no longer change the situation, we are challenged to change ourselves"--Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning. This quote perfectly sums up the way I conceptualize the process of psychotherapy. I believe that change, although uncomfortable, can help people recognize their strengths and develop a strong self-awareness. I firmly believe that every person has the potential to change through new experiences and understandings of themselves and others.

What you can expect from our first session

Change can often be challenging and uncomfortable, but is necessary if we truly want to a change in repeated interactions and experiences. While I cannot prevent this discomfort from occurring, know that you will always feel supported and cared about as you go through this process.
