Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions/stressors or unresolved experiences from the past that continue to affect their present.

Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear successful on the outside but internally struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, panic symptoms, or patterns that leave them stuck.

My approach focuses on helping clients challenge the belief systems that are no longer serving them and help them understand how early experiences, attachment patterns, and past trauma influence their emotional responses today.

Together we explore the root of these patterns while building practical tools to regulate anxiety, cope with stressors, improve boundaries, and develop healthier relationships.

I often work with individuals experiencing:

  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Relationship difficulties and attachment concerns
  • Family conflict or unresolved childhood experiences
  • Self-blame, shame, or low self-worth
  • Life transitions and identity shifts
  • I also specialize in helping people who are in active recovery from alcohol/substance use and looking for additional support on their journey.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and insight-oriented. I integrate approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, psychodynamic exploration, and trauma-informed techniques to help clients better understand themselves and create lasting emotional change.

Therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about gaining clarity, strengthening your sense of self, and building the kind of life and relationships that feel aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so the first session is designed to be a comfortable space where we can begin getting to know each other.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I may ask questions about your current concerns, relationships, background, and any past experiences that feel important to understanding your situation. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to—this session moves at your pace.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and discuss how we can work together to help you feel more supported, gain clarity, and develop tools to navigate the challenges you're facing.
