Great to meet you!

Life is full of changes, transitions, and unexpected challenges, and learning how to adapt to them can sometimes feel overwhelming. I’m Taucha (“Tasha”) Buller-Barnes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults navigate life’s biggest transitions with more confidence, clarity, and self-compassion. I work with clients adjusting to new careers, marriage, divorce, parenthood, postpartum changes, grief, and other seasons of life that can feel emotionally heavy or difficult to manage alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I help clients better understand their emotions, build healthier coping skills, and create practical changes that feel manageable in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, and discussing the goals or changes you hope to make in your life. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and approachable, so we’ll work together to create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about moving forward.
