I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual and family therapy as well as evaluations. I have over 9 years of experience as a clinician and over 15 years of experience working in the educational community dealing with various issues such as depression, anxiety, behavior, and maladaptation.
My approach to therapy is an integrative approach that aims to discover and implement the most effective treatment for each individual.
I expect and hope that my clients would take away empowerment, insight, and resilience. I hope that they would gain peace and hope in the midst of whatever seems to surround them and most importantly, learn the E^3 Experience, Embrace, and Express.
