Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting the goals and wellbeing of my clients and community. My doctoral work at the University of Washington focused on resilience and harm reduction. I've worked in various settings and with individuals from various backgrounds and identities. With extensive expertise in harm reduction and wellbeing-centered interventions, I support a diverse community of clients in various treatment areas.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is holistic and adaptable, centered on the belief that each individual possesses innate wisdom. My role as a therapist is to support clients in navigating their unique journeys toward personal wellness, rather than viewing them as problems to be solved. I recognize that many symptoms individuals experience often stem from broader inequities and life challenges, which can manifest in various aspects of their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we may focus on developing coping strategies to manage stressors or decrease harms associated with particular behaviors, while also engaging in the deeper process of healing when the time is right. This means that our sessions are not anchored to a predetermined framework; instead, they are co-created to align with your evolving needs and goals. My approach is as dynamic as the individuals I work with, ensuring that the interventions we explore are responsive to your specific circumstances and aspirations.

I am committed to fostering a collaborative environment where your voice is central to the therapeutic process, enabling us to explore pathways that lead to your personal definition of wellbeing.
