Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in psychology, nursing, and behavioral health. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and sleep concerns. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, straightforward, and focused on making care feel approachable. I take time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and develop practical next steps that fit each client’s needs, comfort level, and goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll review what brings you in, your history, current symptoms, and any questions or concerns you have about treatment. By the end of the visit, my goal is for you to have a clear understanding of your options and a plan for moving forward.
