Great to meet you!

As a dedicated mental health therapist with over a decade of experience, my passion for helping others is at the core of everything I do. I believe that mental health care is just as important as physical health, and that true healing begins in a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

I have worked with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, which is why I take a personalized, compassionate approach to care—meeting you where you are and walking alongside you at your own pace.

Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing, I focus on helping you build practical skills while also addressing deeper emotional patterns. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward healing with clarity and support. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with taking the time to truly understand your story through compassionate listening, thoughtful assessment, and evidence-based care. I believe that each person’s experience is unique, so we work together to create a personalized plan that fits your specific needs and goals.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I focus on providing practical tools while also addressing deeper emotional patterns. Using approaches such as CBT, trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing, I tailor treatment to support meaningful and lasting change.

My commitment is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered, understood, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, history, and what support looks like for you.

You can expect a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process.
