Great to meet you!

I bring a deep commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. My work is grounded in cultural humility and collaboration, and I approach each client with respect for their unique journey towards personal development.

I currently welcome clients ranging from preteens through adulthood and have openings available. With over 20 years of experience across diverse treatment settings, I'm confident that together, we’ll create a space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold.

My approach to therapy

Navigating a new chapter in your life can be both exciting and daunting. Whether you're tackling emotional hurdles, struggling with inter-relational conflict, or managing symptoms of diagnoses, I welcome the opportunity to collaborate and work through these challenges together. As a seasoned yet flexible psychologist, I draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches to meet your needs. My work in private practice, community mental health, schools, senior residential care, and inpatient treatment settings enables me to conceptualize problems through multiple clinical lenses. I offer client-centered support, as I integrate mindfulness, spiritual exploration, and evidence-based treatment to help you align your treatment goals with your values, and connect more effectively with your true self and with your community.

What you can expect from me

You can be assured that your treatment will be individualized yet grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices that yield positive outcomes, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. Sessions will also focus on learning and implementing skills to help manage symptoms and improve overall quality of life. My goal is to create a safe therapeutic alliance where you feel heard and understood; and through our partnership you develop an increased capacity to move towards the person you want to become.
