Great to meet you!

In my opinion, everyone deserves the opportunity to become their best Self; in their family, in their community, and especially in their own mind. Our relationships serve as mirrors for our growth opportunities, the path to rich and rewarding connection. AND we need the right tools. I have over 40 years in my own recovery journey, and over 25 years helping others with their journeys. I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I do have some questions that might help you explore what stands in the way of your wholeness, your dreams, and your joy.

My approach to therapy

Perhaps the most important outcome of therapy is to identify patterns that continue to reenact, learned early in life as protections, but became barriers to our happiness. My style leans toward teaching and motivating, giving you the tools to change what is not working and obtain what you might have thought was impossible: positive self-esteem, a healthy relationship, or the courage to ask for that raise.

What you can expect from me

At the end of your first session, you should feel hope, that gift that allows us to take one more step forward on a path we may not believe leads anywhere. Let me assure you, it leads to some amazing discoveries. YOU!
