Hi! My name is Taya Jefferson (she/her) and I am an Art Therapist bringing Art Therapy, talk therapy and spiritual wellness through a client centered approach. I use my clinical background in Art Therapy combined with my spiritual and Ancestral practices/knowledge to assist adults and teens on their mental health journey. I have 6 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, the elderly & families in a variety of experiences: anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders & more!

We are all humans trying to figure out this thing called life, why not walk this path together? My intention is to provide a unique one to one therapy experience, utilizing therapeutic and cultural methods of healing. I strive to hold a safe and creative space for individuals to explore their mental wellness journey and live a joyful, well rested life!
