Hi! I am a SC licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor. I received a BA in Psychology and a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University. I received clinical training from Emerge Family Therapy Center and Teaching Clinic. I completed supervisor training at Heritage Institute.
I believe in helping people own their stories and discover their strengths. As a systemic therapist, I am passionate about improving people’s wellness by helping them to cultivate thriving relationships with themselves, loved ones, and larger systems. I work with my clients to accomplish this by utilizing a mixed approach of Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused therapy models.
I help my clients gain insight into the origin of their distress, discover an alternative way of seeing themselves, and take intentional steps to make lasting changes in their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
