Great to meet you!

Hello! I have been a therapist for over ten years, and throughout my journey- both professionally and personally- I have gathered a wide range of tools to help clients heal and grow. I bring a down-to-earth, compassionate approach that makes it easy to open up and connect.

As a mother of three girls, I understand the complexities or family life and bring that perspective into my work. I specialize in treating anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, relationships, and behavioral concerns in children. I am passionate about helping individuals and families find lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that finding the right therapist can be challenging- but once a strong therapeutic relationship is built, meaningful change can happy quickly.

I am trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy and deeply believe in the brain's natural ability to shift and heal. My goal is to help you understand how your brain and body have been processing past experiences and how that may be contributing to feelings like anxiety, sadness, or anger.

Together, we'll work toward clearing those patterns and moving into healthier emotional responses, with a greater sense of peace and clarity.

In addition to tradition therapy approaches, I am trained in Theraplay- a unique, attachment-based therapy designed to strengthen the parent-child relationship from the inside out. A typical Theraplay session involves guiding you and your child through playful, structured activities that promote connection, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety. These interactions help communicate love, joy, and security in a way your child can truly feel. As your child begins to feel more secure and connected, their behavior naturally starts to change, and their confidence and sense of self begins to flourish.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel deeply seen, heard, and understood. My sessions are designed to create immediate shifts in how the mind processes past experiences or anticipates future events. I offer simple and practical frameworks that are easy to apply in daily life. Most clients leave feeling lighter, more hopeful, and more in control of their wellbeing.
