Hello!! My name is Tayler, I am a License Master Social Worker. I take honor in helping clients along their journey to becoming a happier healthier version of themselves. I enjoy helping clients with building trust, forgiveness, strengthening their communication skills, learning how to love themself better, understanding unhealthy dynamics and more! My goal is to help you discover yourself again!

I specialize in anxiety, depression, self esteem, self-care, relationship issues (building trust, forgiveness, strengthening communication, learning how to love yourself, dynamics and more). In my practice, I use a person centered approach while utilizing many different interventions like Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Homework Activities, Meditation as well as traditional talk therapy!
