I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Denver, CO. I am a first generation college graduate and Latina who is passionate about helping people from diverse backgrounds that struggle to navigate life on their own. I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.
I enjoy supporting individuals from all walks of life and welcome people to step into their true selves.
My areas of interest include working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, career counseling, coping skills, domestic abuse, grief, life coaching, life transitioning, peer relationships, racial identity, gender identity, self-esteem, and spirituality. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on client needs including strength based practices and goal-oriented focuses.
My hope for my clients is that they walk away feeling a little better than the day before and that they understand that healing is an ongoing process. There is no "quick fix" and it is okay to not be okay.
