Great to meet you!

Hi there, I am Taylere. I know how challenging it can be to take the first steps in finding a therapist and it's brave of you to take this first step. I know that finding a right fit is important to let me share a little about myself. My journey to becoming a therapist has always been deeply rooted in a desire to help others. I was always drawn to understanding others and supporting them through difficult times. I've always been fascinated by the human experience, how we grow, adapt, and work through life's obstacles. I knew that I wanted to be part of that process. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults. I specialize in supporting those who have experienced trauma, as well as those navigating life adjustments, anxiety, and depression. I take a compassionate and individualized approach, recognizing that each stage of life presents unique challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and eclectic as I know that treatment is not a one size fits all. I like to tailor my approach to meet my clients needs. I draw from psychodynamic, insight-oriented, and CBT interventions to best provide support. I am trauma-informed, recognizing and prioritizing the impact of past trauma on your well-being. This allows me to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood without judgment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we begin to build a trusting relationship. I encourage openness, but there's no pressure to discuss anything you're not ready to. I'll get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy, while explaining my approach to ensure we're aligned.
