Great to meet you!

"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." – Dr. Wayne Dyer

Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, whether it’s pressure from school, performance anxiety, relationship stress, or simply the overwhelming weight of trying to do it all. Whatever age or stage of life you’re in, it’s okay if you haven’t figured it all out. It’s easy to feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward or even where to start. You're not alone in that feeling.

I have a deep passion for working with kids and adolescents, helping them navigate the unique challenges that come with growing up in today’s fast-paced and high-pressure world. I also have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, up to age 70. After all, stress and emotional overwhelm don’t disappear with age, they just take different forms.

Much of my focus is on supporting individuals involved in competitive activities (sports, academics, performing arts etc.,) I have seen that this is where the drive for excellence can often come with anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. As a former collegiate soccer player, I understand what it feels like to try and juggle performance, expectations, the rollercoaster of life and most importantly the feeling of failure. I know how hard it can be to ask for help when you're used to pushing through it, so let’s push through it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is very client-centered, warm and adaptable. I’m not here to tell you what to do, because even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, you already hold the insight needed to move forward. I have learned that sometimes, just saying your thoughts out loud can help you untangle what you're feeling and begin to make sense of what you need. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to create meaningful change in a way that feels right for you.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I do my best to tailor our work to your specific needs, offering support through conversation, psychoeducation, practical tools, and referrals when needed. We’ll work together to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and built around your goals. Above all, my work is rooted in inclusivity, compassion, and the belief that self-acceptance is one of the most powerful forms of growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive space where they feel understood and empowered. Our work will focus on helping you gain clarity, build practical tools for managing stress or performance pressure, and reconnect with your own strengths. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply need a space to process, sessions are tailored to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
