Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to face it alone. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, identify your strengths, and create meaningful change so you can feel more confident and empowered in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based interventions, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.

Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to handle life's ups and downs.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very first session. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace.

During our first meeting, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your strengths, and what you hope to achieve. We'll also talk about your goals and begin creating a plan that feels right for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, our first session is an opportunity to gain clarity, feel supported, and explore how we can work together to help you move forward.
