Great to meet you!

Prioritizing your mental health can be life-changing, but reaching out for support isn’t always easy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, panic attacks, and life transitions, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you build tools to move forward with confidence. I offer virtual sessions for clients in Ohio, South Carolina and Florida. I am here to support you in creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, which means we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, body, and environment all connect. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we work through life’s challenges together. I’ll tailor our sessions to what works best for you, using a mix of practical tools and deeper reflection to help you feel more grounded and in control. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll find an approach that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. We'll start by exploring what’s on your mind and what you hope to gain from therapy. Along the way, I’ll introduce practical coping skills that we can practice together, so you feel confident using them in daily life. I also incorporate psychoeducation, meaning I’ll help you understand how your mind and body respond to stress, anxiety, and emotions, so you can feel more in control of your experiences. My hope is that you leave each session with greater self-awareness, effective tools, and a sense of progress toward your goals.
