Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. I have an extensive background in substance use disorders as well as with the LGBTQ+ community, providing affirming and inclusive care to support your unique journey. I believe that the counseling process is a partnership—where you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to guide and support you along the way. Taking the step to seek help is courageous, and I commend you for prioritizing your mental well-being!

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience, centered around your unique needs and goals. My approach is rooted in the belief that you have the power to shape your own journey, and I am here to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore your challenges, strengths, and aspirations. I am committed to providing an affirming and nonjudgmental environment for individuals seeking guidance and support. Together, we will work toward meaningful growth and positive change.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story, express your concerns, and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. From there, we’ll work together to develop a plan that aligns with your needs and aspirations.

I look forward to working with you!
