Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change without judgment. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficult or overwhelming circumstances.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or tell you how you “should” live your life. Instead, I’ll work alongside you to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that fit your life and your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and individualized to each client’s needs. I believe you know yourself and your life better than anyone, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to understand what you’re experiencing and identify meaningful steps forward.

I draw from evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies and focus on helping clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, difficult emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I value meeting clients where they are and adapting our work based on their goals, strengths, and what feels most useful to them.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel overly formal or intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel comfortable being yourself, and know that we’re working together rather than me simply telling you what to do.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether I’m the right therapist for you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask questions about your background and current circumstances so I can better understand the bigger picture.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. You can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll take it from there. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what we can work on together.
