Great to meet you!

If you're navigating the heartbreak of infertility, the overwhelm of new motherhood, or the quiet weight of trying to hold it all together while still feeling like yourself, you're in the right place. I work with women in the seasons of big change that come with this chapter of life: fertility journeys, pregnancy and postpartum, identity shifts, and the kind of stress that doesn't go away when the day ends. My background as a school counselor taught me how to sit with people in the messy parts of their stories and stay calm when emotions feel like too much. I'd be honored to do that work alongside you.

My approach to therapy

Sessions with me feel more like a real conversation than a clinical evaluation. I lean on CBT and mindfulness-based work to help quiet the loops in your head when anxiety or postpartum overwhelm takes over, and solution-focused techniques when you need something concrete to carry into the actual hard parts of your week. I move at your pace, but I won't let us stay in survival mode forever. There's a version of yourself underneath all of this, and a lot of the work is making space for her to come back.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about you, telling me what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping might feel different. No deep dive into your whole history unless you want one. I'll ask a few questions, share how I work, and we'll talk about what makes sense for the weeks ahead. You don't have to be in crisis or have the perfect words to start. You just have to show up.
