Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Taylor, a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Southern Indiana and earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana State University. I have experience in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bipolar disorders, relationship challenges, and grief.

My approach to therapy

As a psychotherapist practicing from a person-centered lens, I believe that each client holds the innate potential for growth and healing. My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel truly heard. This approach allows you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe space while gaining new tools and insights along the way.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and welcoming environment. I like to collaborate with my clients on their goals for therapy, making sure that they are getting what they want and need out of the therapeutic process.
