Great to meet you!

Hi, My name is Taylor, I am an LCSW and I provide compassionate, collaborative therapy grounded in authenticity and practical support. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient, school-based, community, and acute care mental health settings with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, and neurodivergence. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, with an emphasis on creating a safe space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I believe therapy should feel human, empowering, and collaborative as we work together toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, build insight, and develop practical coping skills. My work is informed by trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral approaches, with a focus on emotional regulation, self-advocacy, communication, and resilience. I believe therapy should balance validation with growth, helping clients better understand themselves while building the tools needed to navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and stability.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they are encouraged to share at their own pace. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the client, understanding their concerns, strengths, and goals, and beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration. Together, we will explore what is bringing them to therapy, identify areas they would like support with, and begin discussing realistic goals for treatment. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the therapeutic process.
