Great to meet you!

I’m Taylor, a licensed therapist with five years of experience working with teens, young adults, children, and families. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up as themselves without judgment. My approach combines Psychodynamic Therapy and CBT to help clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns while also building practical coping skills. I often work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, family or relationship stress, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is both exploratory and practical. I help clients make sense of the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be contributing to current struggles, while also focusing on concrete ways to manage emotions and navigate day-to-day stressors. I value authenticity and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process. My style is warm, direct, and approachable, and I work to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and growing at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel conversational, supportive, and focused on getting to know them as a person rather than feeling overly clinical or intimidating. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of the process. I’ll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and day-to-day life to better understand the bigger picture. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and able to move at a pace that feels manageable for them.
