Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in ADHD, neurodivergence, and hormonal psychiatry — including pregnancy, postpartum, PMDD, and perimenopause. I see adults and children, and I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work- which means you won't have to translate your experience to me.

My training includes a one-year PMHNP fellowship at a community mental health center, a fellowship in functional and integrative psychiatry through Psychiatry Redefined, perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, and specialized hormone training through Worldlink Medical.

My approach to therapy

Integrative and evidence-based — I believe in medication when it's the right fit, and I believe in asking why it isn't working when it's not. Before reaching for a prescription, I want to understand what's actually driving your symptoms. For women, that means taking hormones seriously — estrogen, progesterone, and psychiatric symptoms are never separate conversations. For children, I work with families committed to root cause evaluation before or alongside medication, with parents as active partners. Functional lab testing is available when the clinical picture calls for it — never as a default, never as an upsell.

What you can expect from me

A real conversation — not a symptom checklist. Your first appointment is 60-75 minutes. We'll cover your full history including hormone story, masking patterns, what you've tried before and why it didn't work. By the end you'll know what I'm thinking clinically, what the next steps are, and the reasoning behind every recommendation. My goal is simple: for you to leave feeling genuinely heard — possibly for the first time in a clinical setting — and with a path forward that actually makes sense for your brain.
