Great to meet you!

Sometimes life feels harder than it looks from the outside. You may be dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, grief, or uncertainty about what comes next. Or maybe you've been getting through each day the best you can but still don't feel like yourself. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in education, where I saw firsthand how people grow when they feel understood, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life. That experience continues to shape the way I approach therapy today. I believe people are incredibly resilient, and with the right support, meaningful change is possible. Whether you're working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, I want therapy to be a place where you feel heard, supported, and more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all because no two people bring the same experiences into the room. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and goals.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you're working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, or a major life transition, I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you'd like to be different, and what moving forward looks like for you. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Clients often describe me as warm, encouraging, and easy to talk to. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, understood, and more confident in your ability to handle whatever life brings next.
