Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, grief, or uncertainty about where to go next, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggling with self-confidence, or unsure how to navigate life's challenges. Others are working through relationship concerns, women's issues, cultural experiences, or major life transitions that leave them feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you better understand what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that can support your growth and healing.

My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you're working through anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, relationship concerns, women's issues, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that support lasting change and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for therapy. We'll talk about what brought you here, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify goals that matter to you, build on your existing strengths, and develop skills that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more empowered, resilient, and connected to the life you want to create.
