Great to meet you!

I am a warm and compassionate counselor dedicated to creating a supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel heard, understood, and valued. With 8 years of counseling experience, including extensive work in a school setting, I have helped children, adolescents and families navigate social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. I primarily work with children experiencing stress, school avoidance or transitioning, and anxiety. My approach is rooted in empathy, and a belief that every person has unique strengths and the capacity for self-discovery; even during life's most difficult seasons.

My approach to therapy

Life can be overwhelming at times but you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practice tools, and create meaningful, lasting change while fostering resilience and overall well-being. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am dedicated to meeting you where you are and help you move toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

I bring positive energy into every session and a belief that healing and growth begins with a meaningful therapeutic relationship. The initial session is an opportunity for us to connect, learn more about your needs, and determine whether we're a good fit. Taking the first step can often be the hardest part, but reaching out is an act of courage & self-care.
