Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Taylor, a licensed therapist specializing in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. My work focuses on helping clients unpack shame, rebuild self-worth, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals exploring identity, intimacy and sex concerns, and healing from religious or cultural experiences that may have felt restrictive or harmful. I’ve been practicing since 2020 and have experience supporting clients through complex emotional and recovery journeys. I offer a space that is both supportive and grounded, where meaningful, lasting change is the goal.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, while also providing clear guidance and direction. I believe therapy works best when you feel empowered and actively involved in your growth, with support from a therapist who can help you navigate the process with intention.

I integrate person-centered and solution-focused approaches, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I also encourage open communication, if something isn’t working, we adjust, because therapy should evolve with you.

My goal is to help you feel both understood and challenged in a way that leads to meaningful, sustainable change, not just short-term relief.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building rapport, exploring what’s bringing you to therapy, and identifying your goals for treatment. You’ll have space to ask any questions about the process and share at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction. I want you to feel a renewed sense of hope and confidence that meaningful change is possible, and that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
