Great to meet you!

Greetings, I'm Taylor Isley Clark, the founder of Finding Healing and Balance Clinical Practice. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My professional journey has been enriched by working with children, adolescents, and adults in both family and individual settings. Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds. I've witnessed remarkable transformations and progress, whether it was during in-home sessions, at schools, in homeless shelters, or through telehealth services. The potential for positive change is truly inspiring. Furthermore, I look forward to assisting you along your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in integrative therapy, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, client-centered therapy, and strength-based practices. I also incorporate inner child and inner teen work to help clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may be wounded, overlooked, or silenced. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder, among others.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to support clients in gaining awareness and deeper understanding of themselves, recognizing that they are the compass in their healing. I view therapy as part of a broader wellness journey one that honors emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. Together, we’ll explore patterns, heal past wounds, and build tools for lasting change, with compassion and intention guiding the process.
