Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, and identity. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work with clients to better understand the patterns shaping their experiences while building practical tools for meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I draw from evidence based practices such as CBT, narrative therapy, interpersonal work, and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each client's needs. I help client's identify patterns, understand the beliefs underneath them, and build practical tools that support meaningful change. I also value authenticity, reflection, and creating space for both challenge and compassion.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and better understand what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you do not feel pressured to have everything figured out. By the end of session, we'll begin identifying goals and a direction for treatment that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
