Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who provides a supportive, open-minded, and judgment-free space for adults navigating substance use and addictive behaviors. This can include alcohol or drug use, gambling, gaming, or other behaviors that may be interfering with your life, relationships, or overall well-being.

You don’t have to be sure that you’re ready to get sober, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Maybe you’re questioning your relationship with a substance or behavior, thinking about making a change, struggling to maintain recovery, or simply want to better understand what’s going on. Wherever you are in that process, we can start there.

My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment. I believe change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we can work on understanding patterns and triggers, developing healthier coping skills, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, relationships, and the underlying factors that may contribute to addictive behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy.

You don’t need to come in with a plan or know exactly what you want to change. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be open and honest about what you’re experiencing. We’ll work together to identify what you need and what you would like therapy to look like moving forward.

Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, supported, and met where you are.
