After almost a decade of experience in the counseling field, I'm so excited to finally be branching out into private practice. I continue to find that clients are best served by a counselor who is emotionally and psychologically available to them in a time of need. My experience with the Lubbock County Detention Center and The Lubbock Police Crisis Team has also given me invaluable experience with crisis and suicidal ideation.
My primary therapeutic technique is brainspotting. I have been a fully certified brainspotter since 2024. I am also certified in EMDR, and a Certified First Responder counselor. I also use Solution Focused, IFS, CBT and Rogerian to help clients their goals.
My greatest joy is getting to know, appreciate and enjoy the people I work with. I love using the tools I've gained, and continuing to learn new techniques that help me connect with clients in ways that help them achieve their goals. I work with total acceptance of each person without judgment and ensure their confidentiality.
