Great to meet you!

I may be a tad bit biased, but I believe therapy to be one of the most monumental and beneficial experiences a person can be a part of. Therapy creates a safe and warm environment for one to learn how to be compassionate towards their younger self, empower their current self, and also fight for their future self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy has long-lasting impacts on your self-identity, interpersonal relationships, cultural aspects, professional endeavors, and most importantly, your ability to withstand adversity and grow through hardships. My specialties include eating disorders/disordered eating, trauma/grief, body image/body dysmorphia, anxiety, life transitions, and depression. My theoretical approach is through a trauma-informed lens that blends the aspects of Narrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I value creating a space where you can feel accepted, seen, and heard in a welcoming place. I find environments that cultivate safety and encouragement promote the most healing and empowerment. Together, we will identify values, build off personal strengths, process effectively, develop coping skills, and create goals that are individualistic and necessary for your growth. I truly look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and being a part of your journey.
