Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Taylor—I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe and be yourself. Clients often tell me they open up with me about things they’ve never shared before. I’m warm, friendly, a good listener, and always real. If you’ve ever felt like you had to hold everything in or pretend you’re “fine,” this is a space where you don’t have to do that.

I primarily work with adults (18+), and I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Disorders. I also support people who are navigating identity, self-discovery, emotional overwhelm, and rebuilding life after difficult or painful chapters.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and human. I don’t believe in sitting silently —I’m engaged, I ask questions, and I help you connect dots with warmth and honesty. I’ll bring coping strategies, grounding tools, and skills to help you manage day-to-day stress, while also helping you understand yourself on a deeper emotional level.

Clients often describe me as a good listener, supportive, easy to talk to, empathetic, and someone who brings humor when it’s helpful and grounding when it’s needed. I want therapy to feel meaningful, but also like you are talking to someone who genuinely gets you. We’ll go at your pace, but we’ll also grow.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, supportive environment where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what you’re experiencing, what you want, and what’s getting in the way. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, patterns, and strengths and build tools that help you navigate your life with more clarity and confidence.

I’ll meet you where you are — and walk beside you as you grow.

A bit about me personally : I’m Cuban and originally from New Orleans, so warmth, humor, and a “come as you are” vibe are part of who I am. I understand the joys and challenges that can come with growing up in a Hispanic family—and I’m here to meet you with cultural understanding and openness.

I absolutely love animals—I have two black cats and I volunteer at animal shelters on weekends. If you mention cats, we will talk about cats. I also love hiking, nature walks, traveling, concerts, and yes, anything spooky or horror-movie related.

This mix of grounding and curiosity is exactly what I bring into therapy, too.
