Great to meet you!

I offer a deeply compassionate and grounded approach rooted in real-life understanding. I don’t just talk about trauma—I understand it. My insight into emotional neglect and parentification isn’t theoretical; it’s lived. This allows me to hold space for clients with warmth, attunement, and a level of empathy that can’t be faked.

My approach to therapy

I could throw a bunch of clinical jargon at you, but at the end of the day, no therapy works unless you at least somewhat like and trust the person guiding you through it. Creating a safe and comfortable space comes first—only then can approaches like CBT or EMDR really make a difference. Let's first explore if the vibes will be vibing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with clarity, emotional validation, and practical tools. Our work won’t just stay in the therapy room—it will follow you into real life in the form of insight, language for your feelings, and strategies for navigating the hard stuff. Whether we’re unpacking past trauma, addressing burnout, or managing relationships, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more like yourself.

You can also expect a therapeutic space that’s honest and human. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do know how to help you ask the right questions—and I’ll sit beside you while you find your own truth. Some sessions might feel heavy, some might feel like relief, but over time, most people leave feeling more self-compassionate and more in control of their own narrative.
