Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Taylor. Sometimes we get so used to surviving that we don't realize how much we're carrying. Whether you're carrying heavy grief, struggling in your relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and begin moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, prolonged grief, and intense emotions, including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I help clients understand their experiences, build emotion regulation skills, and feel more in control. I use DBT and EMDR and receive ongoing consultation from a nationally recognized EMDR trainer.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are supportive but structured. We will talk through what's going on while also building tools you can use outside of therapy. You don't have to have everything figured out. If you're considering therapy, I'd be happy to help you determine if this is a good fit.
