Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma/PTSD, as well as mood and anxiety related concerns. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, I treat for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges.

Aside from private practice, I partner with multiple community-based nonprofit agencies serving children, adolescents, and families involved in the foster care system, as well as survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania and earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is down-to-earth and interactive. I draw from a variety of theoretical frameworks and tailor my approach to suit each client's developmental stage, personal preferences and needs.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space in which ALL clients feel empowered to explore their identities, life experiences, and their unique strengths and challenges. I work with individuals, families and groups ages 9+ across the lifespan, and I truly enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of populations. I am happy to answer any questions about my training and/or specific therapeutic techniques that I use.
