Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and bereavement, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can take place.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy fitness, running, and learning about holistic health and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are while empowering them to build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're working through overwhelming stress, processing a significant loss, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to help you gain insight, strengthen your confidence, and reconnect with what matters most to you. In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I value the connection between mental and physical well-being. I appreciate how movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle habits can complement emotional healing, and I enjoy helping clients explore wellness practices that support their overall mental health when they align with their goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a big step, and it's natural to feel a mix of emotions before your first appointment. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask questions about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and any important aspects of your personal history that will help me better understand your experiences. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, discuss what you hope to gain from therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit.
