Great to meet you!

There are seasons in life that ask us to slow down, turn inward, and listen. You may find yourself carrying shame, grief, or confusion around who you are becoming. You may feel untethered from your body, your relationships, your values, or your sense of purpose. Maybe something in you is shifting, but you don't have the words for it yet. As a therapist, it is my passion to empower my clients through these hardships, to kindle the light in dark spaces. My clients often come to me feeling lost in their identity, struggling with loneliness, or attachment wounds, and long to feel more confident, connected, and authentic in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, with a focus on going beneath the surface level coping so that lasting change can take root. I am invested in and unafraid to provide the deep connection and nonjudgmental space essential to think, feel, and work through any fears, challenges, and patterns appearing in the way of accomplishing your goals. I am aware that each person’s journey toward growth and healing is different. I will meet you wherever you are struggling, ready to deliver the support necessary to transform your path. Together, we can create a safe environment to cultivate change by exploring issues, developing insight, and learning the valuable skills useful to achieve fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a warm, collaborative space where we begin getting to know one another! I like to spend time getting curious about who you are, what feels important to you, what you value, what has been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to work toward or through in therapy. My goal is not to rush everything at once, but to begin building a relationship where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor when appropriate, because therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. The first session is really about creating a space that feels grounded, human, connected, and supportive as we begin exploring what healing and growth can look like for you!
