Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with nearly five years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of mental health and life challenges. I’ve had the opportunity to work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, severe mental illness, relationships, and emotional regulation. I believe it is most important to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, feel truly heard, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life!

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe you know yourself best, so we’ll work together to figure out what feels helpful and meaningful for you, while I bring clinical tools and support along the way. I especially enjoy working with adults who experience anxiety and depression, substance use, past and currrent trauma, relationship challenges, and navigating life’s many transitions. Most importantly, I want you to leave therapy feeling heard, understood, and a little more confident in your ability to handle whatever life throws your way!

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a 90-minute intake where we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals and what you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, strengths, and what support might be most helpful for you, while making sure you have plenty of space to share what’s important to you. Follow-up sessions with focus on your individual goals, building practical skills, and creating meaningful progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling welcomed, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together!
