Great to meet you!

I have been practicing mental health counseling since 2019 in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults to overcome life stress, adjust to hard circumstances, and manage anxiety! I have a Master's degree in Counseling from West Chester University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University. I have a special focus on treating anxiety disorders, depression, difficult adjustment to life changes (i.e. high school, college), and trauma, grief, and other life stressors.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and accepting environment where you can feel empowered to change, grow, and flourish as a person. My goal is to help you not only better understand yourself and your experiences, but also the way that your thoughts, perceptions, and actions influence the way that you feel!

What you can expect from me

I believe that mental health and one's journey towards wellness is something that should be celebrated. Viewing oneself as the sum total of what you are not or what you cannot do, simply fosters the idea that mental health is something to be ashamed of. I hope to empower you and provide a sense of comfort and acceptance as you navigate your own mental health journey. Most importantly, my goal is to have you walk away from sessions feeling lighter with a better understanding of yourself.
