Great to meet you!
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2016 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2024.
Since 2016, I have had the opportunity to work in both inpatient and community-based settings, supporting individuals ages 6 and older who are navigating serious mental health concerns, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, panic, and depression find their footing and regain a sense of balance in their lives.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside social workers, psychiatric providers, schools, and other professionals to provide well-rounded care. I believe that supporting the whole person sometimes means looking beyond the individual and considering the relationships, environments, and systems that impact their everyday life.
