Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 7 years of experience helping people navigate life’s toughest (and sometimes messiest) moments. I’m trauma-certified and specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), working with folks dealing with trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, big life transitions, and family dynamics that can feel... complicated.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Therapy with me often includes practical tools, honest conversations, and the occasional well-timed bit of humor—because healing heavy things doesn’t mean we can’t laugh sometimes too. My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and feel genuinely supported.

Life can get overwhelming, but you don’t have to sort through it alone. We’ll take things one step at a time—sometimes with deep breaths, sometimes with new skills, and sometimes just by figuring out why your brain is doing that thing it does.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), feminist theory, and holistic practices to support clients as they navigate the challenges that show up in everyday life. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel empowered, heard, and genuinely supported. And yes—sometimes that includes using humor to make the hard stuff a little more manageable.

Together, we’ll focus on your personal goals while building skills for a more stable, fulfilling life—on your terms and at your pace.

What you can expect from me

I like to joke that the first session is the “boring” one—we’ll cover the important questions that help me understand your background, what you’re navigating right now, and what you’d like to work on. You’re welcome to share only what feels comfortable, at your own pace.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with practical tools you can actually use in everyday life.
