Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. I earned my BA in Psychology and Counseling from San Francisco State University and went on to receive my MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout my clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum transitions, court-mandated therapy, and relationship issues. I bring a compassionate, culturally-informed perspective to my practice and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, creating art in various forms, and caring for my senior standard Yorkie, who keeps life grounded and joyful. I’m committed to ongoing learning—about people, cultures, and the human experience—as I walk alongside clients on their paths to healing and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a client-focused licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I tailor my work to meet each client’s specific needs, emphasizing connection, emotional growth, and healthy communication. I believe in the inherent strength of my clients and work alongside them to uncover insights, foster resilience, and build meaningful, lasting change in their personal lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave therapy sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to their inner strengths. Through our work together, they gain greater clarity about their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, along with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. Therapy offers a space for reflection, healing, and growth, where clients can build a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivate lasting changes that align with their values and goals. My hope is that each session provides not only insight, but also a sense of support, encouragement, and meaningful progress.
