Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in psychiatry. My approach to care is rooted in a holistic, person-centered philosophy. I believe mental health is influenced by a wide range of factors—including work stress, family dynamics, financial challenges, chronic medical conditions, and more. By addressing the full picture, I aim to provide care that is both compassionate and effective.

My approach to therapy

I treat every individual with the utmost respect and integrity, regardless of their educational, economic, ethnic, or religious background. My mission is to build a trustworthy, therapeutic alliance with my clients—creating a safe, welcoming space where they feel empowered to share their story openly and without judgment.

I also place a strong emphasis on psychopharmacology education. I believe that when clients are fully informed, they are better equipped to actively participate in their care and make decisions that support their long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first, you’ll find comfort in knowing that someone is truly listening—someone who cares about your concerns and is committed to helping you navigate them. In this supportive space, you’ll feel safe, seen, and empowered to continue your journey toward improved mental well-being.
