Great to meet you!

What started as an interest in human behavior and Psychology, blossomed into empathy for the human experience and learning what an incredible privilege it is to hear and witness the vulnerability of others. While obtaining my MA in Marital and Family Therapy, I worked in Community Mental Health, primarily serving low-income families. I have gained a wide range of experiences with many diverse populations. Maintaining cultural competence, and open-mindedness to all is crucial to my identity as a therapist. A safe and supportive environment is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. As the therapist, I also collaboratively help clients highlight and lean on their strengths as valuable coping skills. I'm here to help you get started on a path where your best self takes center stage.

What you can expect from me

I want to hear your story. Understanding that this may take time and trust, I am happy to go at a speed that feels comfortable. But I always encourage clients to come as they are. I am here to emotionally meet you where you are, and hopefully model for you to welcome that mindset for yourself as well.
