In life's greatest challenge lies the greatest potential for helping others. My trajectory as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) changed after navigating the challenging path to parenthood. This includes completing EMDR training and doula training; and I'm enrolled in PSI's perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C) training to be completed later this year. My passion is supporting people from conception through postpartum and beyond.
I consider myself to be warm, empathetic, energetic and empowering. I utilize EMDR, nervous system and parts work to help you obtain your goals. While I'm most passionate about supporting and empowering individuals on their conception, pregnancy and postpartum journeys, I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, negative patterns and self-talk and more!
Trust and safety is something that is built and so in the first session I strive to get to know you as a human and vice versa. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what your goals are and how things are going for you in the present moment. From there we can map out next steps and what therapy looks based on your wants and needs.
